Begin With the Question You Already Have
You do not need to know which MoonPhase pathway fits before reaching out.
MoonPhase offers four distinct pathways: Women’s Mental Health Care, Menopause Education & Consultation, Women’s Whole Health & Wellness Education, and Women’s Rites of Passage.
Your request helps us understand what you are seeking and determine which pathway—or another type of support—may best fit your needs.
After your request is reviewed, you will receive information about the most appropriate next step. This may include a discovery call, scheduling information, referral guidance, or a recommendation for another type or level of care.
-
The purpose of this review is to understand what you are seeking and whether MoonPhase offers the type and level of support that may meet your needs.
After your request is reviewed, you will receive a response outlining the most appropriate next step.
When a discovery call is appropriate, MoonPhase offers a free 30-minute, nonclinical conversation to clarify what you are seeking, answer questions about available services, and help determine the most appropriate next steps.
The discovery call is not a psychiatric evaluation, therapy session, diagnosis, medication or supplement consultation, or treatment recommendation.
The discovery call does not establish a provider-patient relationship or substitute for medical care.

Menopause-informed psychiatric evaluation and treatment for women located in Massachusetts.Women’s Mental Health Care at MoonPhase may begin as a one-time comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for women seeking diagnostic clarification, a second opinion, review of current treatment, or greater understanding of how reproductive or hormonal transitions may be affecting sleep, mood, anxiety, cognition, libido, medication response, or overall functioning.
Women do not have to transfer care to receive a one-time evaluation. Some may continue with their existing therapist, psychiatric prescriber, primary care clinician, gynecologist, or other treating professionals after the evaluation.
For women who wish to continue with MoonPhase—and when you and MoonPhase mutually agree that ongoing care is appropriate—treatment may include medication management, supportive or CBT-informed interventions, integrative and nutritional psychiatric considerations, and coordination with other treating professionals.
The MoonPhase approach incorporates a menopause-informed and hormone-aware psychiatric lens when reproductive or hormonal transitions may be relevant to evaluation or treatment
Other MoonPhase pathways remain distinct from psychiatric care but may be accessed independently, added as separate services, or used alongside psychiatric care when appropriate. Menopause Education & Consultation, Women’s Health & Wellness Education, and Women’s Rites of Passage may provide complementary support depending on your goals.
