When clinically appropriate, controlled medications may be considered as part of a thoughtful, well-documented plan.
MoonPhase is not a rapid-access controlled-substance practice, and prescribing is approached conservatively with clear boundaries and appropriate monitoring.
Many women come to MoonPhase seeking steadier, longer-term support—including, when appropriate, a careful plan to reduce or discontinue medications that no longer fit their goals or wellbeing.
Requests for controlled medications as the primary focus of care are not a fit for this practice.
-
Refills are handled during regular business hours and are best addressed within scheduled follow-up visits so care remains clinically grounded.

MoonPhase does not provide urgent or after-hours refills or one-time prescriptions/refills for medications not prescribed within this practice.
