When appropriate, you may be invited to schedule a brief discovery consult call or initial evaluation.
If another type or level of care appears more appropriate, MoonPhase will let you know with respect and clarity.

The MoonPhase Approach is unique in that a menopause-informed psychiatric lens is central to the both the initial evaluation and follow up.
MoonPhase also offers one-time menopause-informed integrative psychiatric evaluations for women who are seeking a deeper understanding of how hormonal transition may be affecting sleep, mood, anxiety, cognition, libido, medication response, or overall functioning.
Some women continue care with their existing therapist, psychiatric prescriber, primary care clinician, or gynecologist after the evaluation. Ongoing treatment with MoonPhase may be available but is not required.
Women do not have to transfer care to receive a one time menopause-informed psychiatric evaluation.*
MoonPhase is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
Superbills may be available upon request for eligible clinical services, but reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan, benefits, diagnosis, service type, and out-of-network coverage.
*Please review the Financial Policy & Practice Policy before scheduling.
