How Care Works

MoonPhase offers several pathways for women seeking thoughtful, menopause-informed support across mental health, health education, whole-person wellbeing, and meaningful life transitions.

Care and education are shaped around the broader pattern—mood, sleep, cognition, reproductive stage, physical health, medication response, lifestyle, relationships, and the circumstances in which change emerged.

Depending on what you are seeking, your next step may include psychiatric evaluation and ongoing care, menopause mapping and education, whole-health wellness education, or a nonclinical rite-of-passage experience.

Menopause-informed care at MoonPhase recognizes that midlife and reproductive transitions may affect far more than hormones alone. Mood, sleep, cognition, stress physiology, sexual health, physical wellbeing, medication response, and identity can intersect—and different women may need different forms of support.

What Women Often Say

“Something has changed, and I’m not sure whether it’s mental health, hormonal, medical, walking thru a threshold, or all of the above.”

“I want to understand what’s driving this, not just manage symptoms.”

“I’m tired of being handed a checklist that doesn’t explain anything.”

“I know I’m facing a transition, but I need help making sense of the patterns, questions, and options.”

“I want to be heard, I want to understand what is happening across my health-not just one symptom.”

“ I want the option to mark what is changing.”

MoonPhase begins by mapping the pattern—what has changed, when it changed, and what may be shaping the shift—so your next step is guided by your goals, context, and the pathway of support that fits best.
